 엔씨가 '아이온2' 성역에 데스카운트를 도입한다. 보스 트라이당 개인별 2회 부활이 가능해진다.
 엔씨는 21일 오후 7시 30분 아이온2 라이브 방송을 진행했다. 김남준 아이온2 개발PD와 소인섭 아이온2 사업실장이 오프라인 간담회 후속 조치와 피흡, 파티 시너지 개편 등 업데이트 내용을 공유했다.
 4월 11일 서울에서 진행된 오프라인 간담회에 약 600명이 참석했으며, 약 600건의 의견이 접수됐다. 각 담당팀에 배분해 검토 중이며, 반영 가능한 사항은 향후 업데이트에 순차 적용할 예정이다.
 먼저 생명력 흡수 시스템이 전면 개편된다. 기존 피해량 기반 흡수에서 최대 생명력 기반의 생명력 흡수로 전환되며, 부족한 회복량은 물약 및 비약 효율 상향으로 보완한다. 이와 함께 방어구 돌파 시 최대 생명력 1% 증가 효과도 추가된다. 
 딜러 클래스의 파티 시너지가 전면 삭제된다. 기존에 파티원에게 적용되던 버프와 디버프가 자기 버프로 전환되며, 탱커와 서포터의 시너지만 유지된다. 삭제된 시너지만큼 딜러의 기본 딜량을 상향해 전체 딜량에는 큰 차이가 없도록 조정했다.
 전 클래스 스킬이 조정된다. 검성과 수호성은 적대치 관련 기능이 강화됐고, 살성은 환영 분신의 순간 폭딜이 소폭 하향되는 대신 지속 딜량이 상향됐다. 치유성은 힐 스킬의 유지 시간과 회복량이 개선되고 설치형 스킬이 캐릭터 추적형으로 변경됐다.
 성역에 데스카운트가 도입된다. 보스 트라이당 파티원 개인별 2회 부활이 가능해져 치유성 의존도와 부담이 완화된다. 신규 원정 '푸른 숨의 섬'도 추가되며, 침식 목걸이와 귀걸이가 드롭된다.
 어비스에도 변화가 적용된다. 아티팩트 점령전이 매주 수요일과 토요일 22시로 변경되며, 종료 30분 뒤 어비스 보스가 스폰된다. 회랑은 5분에서 2분 10초로 단축되고 1인 맵으로 전환되며, 적 처치 시 잠재력 증폭석을 소량 추가 획득할 수 있다.
 이외에도 사명 퀘스트와 차원 침공의 서버 단위 전환, 악몽 즉시 완료권 로비 사용 등 편의 개선이 다수 적용된다.
